    Lee Bowles


    Lee, a Delivery Consultant who joined Claremont in September 2017, says: “I really liked the atmosphere when I first walked into the office and realised how close and supportive everyone was of each other. Also the career progression is very clearly mapped out.


    “I enjoy being part of the Claremont family, we have a good laugh and enjoy healthy competition. The people, incentives and commission structures are what make it a special place to work.”


    Lee’s key responsibilities include sourcing CVs, screening candidates, arranging interviews and job posting. 


    Here he explains his standout moment while working with us: “The standout moment for me is when I placed my candidate, a Senior Software Engineer, into a prestigious Aerospace company. He got offered the role but had an offer on the table from another company. 

    “My Candidate was given three days to make up his mind and choose which company he wanted to go for. At this stage, he had a contract written up from the other company, but nothing from our Client. We had to ensure that our Client moved quickly otherwise we would have lost both him and the deal. It was the hardest deal and close I have ever worked on.”

    Lee now has his sights set on becoming an Account Manager and growing accounts to forge meaningful and lasting relationships with his clients and candidates.


    Andrew Blankson


    Andrew, a ServiceNow Specialist who joined Claremont in March 2016, reveals the biggest impact Claremont has made on him. He says: “The directors go above and beyond to help the team both personally and professionally.”

    He was also full of praise about our company dynamic and what makes Claremont a special place to work: “The team is very diverse, knowledgeable and helpful. The commission structure is fantastic and so are the rewards, which include monthly lunch clubs and cash prizes. The directors are always thinking of exciting and fun ways to keep us motivated, while maintaining a professional environment. To work here opens up a world of opportunities.”

    Andrew’s areas of expertise include building client and candidate relationships and keeping up-to-date with market changes in the IT sector. He now hopes to develop a team within Claremont which would expand to incorporate other technologies.


    Hannah Lancaster


    Hannah, a Senior Account Manager, has been with the business since September 2015. She says: I love how caring and people-oriented the company is. The dynamic is fun and energetic and we’re like one big, happy family. It’s a fun and rewarding place to work.


    “It doesn’t hurt that the commission scheme is one of the best on the market and there are lots of rewards and incentives too.”


    Her standout moment at Claremont centred around closing a hugely important placement with a new Client. She explains: “The process had been going on for six months. It took almost a month to negotiate back and forth between the client and candidate to agree on a package. Eventually I arranged an offer that was worth 40% more than his current package and was an important step in his career.”


    Hannah now has plans to build a team around her and do more business across global locations.
