To that end, we have appointed a new Vice President to our recently launched United States team amid plans to increase our company footprint across the Americas.
Rosemary Gantz joins the US office as Vice President, Strategic Talent Solutions, Americas, where she will be responsible for leading the strategic development of partnerships.
In addition, we have appointed a new management team within our Hong Kong office to leverage our APAC presence. Raymond Mo joins the office of our fast-growing global business as Regional Director, while Jonathan Ho comes on board as a Recruitment Manager. They will be responsible for strategically developing the team to position us as one of the most prominent recruitment brands in Hong Kong and APAC.
The aim of this activity is to grow all areas of our considerable global portfolio of corporate recruitment services and resources across our core sectors, which include IT, HR, Engineering and Executive Search . We are confident that this will pave the way for us to diversify our sector coverage and, in turn, generate new revenue streams across untapped markets.
This comes hot on the heels of exponential growth, after we opened the US arm of the business in 2018, alongside launching offices in Germany and Portugal in the same year. They join long-established operations at our London headquarters and across Europe and within our burgeoning Hong Kong office.
Our fast expanding infrastructure has enabled us to service blue-chip multinational clients with top professionals throughout our territories and to strategically source the very best talent, wherever they are in the world.
Rosemary brings with her more than 20 years worth of combined experience recruitment and executive search, most recently as a Partner with specialist agency McIntyre Executive Search.
In her most recent role, Rosemary spent 11 years leading the delivery of all client engagements across a huge variety of industries, which include manufacturing, retail, consumer-driven services and not-for-profit.
Before her role at McIntrye, Rosemary held recruiting and talent management leadership posts at technology giant Microsoft and US grocery company Albertsons, to name a few.
Rosemary is a former Lieutenant Commander of the US Navy and is the co-founder of a not-for-profit urban farm which helps feed those in need in Erie, Pennsylvania.
Prior to joining Claremont Consulting, Raymond spent the past four years working for a boutique search firm in Hong Kong, specialising in the Technology, Commercial, Banking and Finance industries. His primary focus was driving business growth for Technology Practice from middle to senior executive appointments in Sales, Marketing, Professional Services and Technical Consultancy for MNC Technology Vendors, Telecom Services Providers, Global Systems Integrators and Local Services Providers.
With four years worth of executive search experience, Raymond has accumulated strong domain knowledge in Business Development, Key Account Management and Client Delivery. He has also developed a wealth of client networks and candidate ownership in the APAC marketplace. Raymond maintains a consistent and excellent track record of placing middle to senior level executives for leading ICT vendors and service providers.
Before joining the recruitment industry, Raymond accrued two decades worth of business management experience in the IT industry, taking various senior leadership roles in both Sales and Professional Services with leading technology vendors such as Oracle, Red Hat, webMethods (now Software AG) and Sun Microsystems. He has extensive experience in building up and managing high performance Sales and Technical teams with a proven track record for business growth in the Greater China region.
Jonathan joins us from executive search and talent acquisition firm Appoint Global. He brings with him more than 10 years worth of technology recruitment experience in London and Hong Kong.
