      Simon Mustafa, Mark Baker and John Cavalli incorporated Claremont Consulting with a vision to build a Business and Technology staffing organisation focused on IT delivery.

    • 2003

      2003

      We open our first London office on Lehman Street. We quickly become known as the go-to IT and business recruitment agency in our industry space

    • 2007

      ​​With year-on-year growth, we increased our company headcount and moved into larger offices. We started to distinguish our recruitment business from our competitors

      2009

      Claremont invests in building its international presence and opens the Hong Kong office, in response to the increasing demand from the South Asia Pacific market.

      We moved into a new London office and we started to expand our international portfolio into the USA and Europe

      Signed our 1st Major RPO with BT and Sky as we celebrate 10 years of Claremont, we relocated our APAC division to larger premises and branched out further afield

      Our headcount grows as ​Claremont continues to invest in building a team of talented technology recruiters, exciting times ahead!

      Moved into bigger offices as we expanded all our offerings

      We go big this year with ambitious plans for growth and incorporate into the Czech Republic, Rep of Ireland and the USA opening offices in Atlanta, it's a great time...
