Outside of recruitment, I am a passionate foodie, I spent 10 years in the catering industry, and going on multiple global explorations, searching and sampling new and interesting foods and drinks. In 2011 I was offered assistant head chef position in one of Surreys Michelin Starred restaurants and in 2012 I decided to go alone and open my own establishment. Within 2 years I opened a second and was featured in the Surrey Fine Dining magazine. I still have chefs blood, and you will often find me frequenting some of London’s top dining hot spots.
