I am 35 and married with 2 children. I love sport (rugby in particular) and like to be in positive environments and around positive people.
How would you describe your day-to-day role at Claremont?
To be the main contact within Munich for C# Developers and clients, finding them the best role and talent.
What led you to choose a career in this field?
I was the Finance Manager here for many years but always wanted to try recruitment, I had been told that it might be a good fit for me by people over the years. Once my daughter was born, it was time….
What convinced you to apply to Claremont?
I have been here for many years and love the company/ people. Initially it was the role on offer.
What’s the most exciting part of your role?
When you close a deal and the feeling it brings of satisfaction. It also really does help when clients/ candidates provide positive feedback, it makes the stress worth it.
What’s the most challenging part of your role?
Candidates turning down offers/ initially cracking into new clients.
How is working at Claremont different from previous roles you’ve had?
I have spent all my recruitment career here and love it. Claremont is a brilliant company to work for who genuinely care.
What is your greatest accomplishment since joining Claremont?
Achieveing four placements within my first five weeks along with building new markets and winning new clients within those.
What hobbies do you have outside of work?
I love rugby and sport in general (although I haven’t played for a team for a while). I wouldn’t say hobby per say but I love time with my wife and daughters, most free time I have is with them😊
