My client is looking to recruit a strong 1st Line Support Analyst to join their busy team in North West London

The role will consist of

- providing high quality 1st and 2nd line support
- Change control procedures
- Service desk support
- Incident management
- Problem management
- Training of non-IT staff
- Project based work
- Liaising with third parties
- Dealing with service requests
- Asset management

This is an excellent role within a lovely and very friendly set up

To be considered for this position you need to have experience in the following areas

- Front line IT support
- Service desk awareness
- Very good communication skills
- Good problem solving skills
- Windows and Office experience
- Friendly 'people management' skills
