How you will do it

*This will be phone based, Security System and technical support.
*Providing Tech support to field engineers.
*Using a broad range of monitoring and programming software
*Adhering to a strict quality of work
*Dealing discreetly with bespoke and high security customer requirements
*Scheduled Remote System checks
*Remote fault diagnosis & Technical Troubleshooting
