Service Desk Support/2nd line support - Nantwich

My client is a highly dynamic and successful IT Services organisation with a strong presence across the UK.

They currently have an opportunity for a senior 1st Line support/2nd line support analyst to join their team in Nantwich.
The role will involved working as part of the Remote Support operations team in Nantwich where you will be supporting commercial customers and public sector customer users over the phone with their IT support/System issues.

-The successful candidate will have previous experience experience in a similar role
-You will have strong customer relationship/communication skills
- You will have experience using a ticket/call logging system and doing some support over the phone on IT applications/hardware issues.
- This is an excellent opportunity for someone who has 1st line support experience and is looking to move into 2nd line support
- To assist with maintaining Internal Network& ensure successful security of servers, PC's and portable devices
- To assist with maintaining Secure Network & ensure successful security
- To assist with maintaining internal print network
- To assist with maintaining internal telephony system
- To perform User Acceptance Software Testing on bug fixes, new & enhanced software products as required
- To log and keep track of software bugs raised by customer
