2nd-3rd Line Support Analyst - Shift based

I am currently working with a leading software service provider who are looking for 2nd-3rd Line Support Analysts to join their team based in Central London. This is a permanent role and will cover 8 hour shifts between the hours of 8am - 12pm on a rota.

The 2nd & 3rd line support analyst will provide internal support for users worldwide.You will work in a service desk based environment and will occasionally have to pick up 1st line issues as/when.

Responsibilities:
*Be the first point of contact for all technical enquiries
*Resolve complex technical incidents, problems and service requests
*Provide regular customer updates to incidents and service requests
*Escalate more complex issues / problems appropriately
*Investigate and resolve root cause of repeated problems
*Ensure systems are backed up
*Provision new services, software and hardware
*Own and deliver service desk projects

Experience required:
*Previous experience within a similar support role
*Experience with a range of technologies (will have as many of the following):
oActive Directory
oWindows Server
oWindows 7/10
oMS Office
oVMware
oLinux
oMac OS and iSO
*ITIL knowledge or qualification is beneficial
