2nd Line Support Engineer required for a large recruitment services provider. This is a permanent role based in London.
As the 2nd line support engineer you will join a customer facing IT team who are responsible for the 1st and 2nd line IT issues within the company. Customer facing experience will be beneficial. A 2nd line engineer who has administrating experience on a variety of technologies.

You will work on BAU, managing customer support tickets and speaking to people to handle individual issues in the offices. You will also work on special projects across the business which are based in London but with offices in Europe too.

Experience with the majority of the following will be ideal but not mandatory:

- Windows 7, 8 or 10
- Exchange / Outlook
- Microsoft Office 2016
- Active Directory
- Desktop Support
- Printer Support
- Networking
- VoIP

My client are also introducing new technology with some new projects involving:
- O365
- Remote desktop servers rebuild
- Windows 10 hardware refresh
- SharePoint

My client require a personable support engineer who is happy to visit people at thier desks to help resolve issues. Someone who will work closely with the team to offer new ideas moving forward.
As the successful 2nd line support engineer, you will have the opportunity to grow your knowledge base by being put on appropriate courses.
