My client requires a very good 2nd Line Support Analyst to join their excellent, Birmingham based team

The successful candidate will be responsible for

- Installation, training, maintenance, troubleshooting and repair of desktop technology hardware and software
- Setting up audio visual hardware as required by end user
- Working to end user requirements
- Incident resolution to agreed SLAs
- Follow up calls with customers on all issues
- single and multi-user office move

- Administration and maintenance of technology infrastructure components

- Installation, maintenance, troubleshooting and repair of office telephony system
- Incident management system
- Maintaining accurate hardware and software records for corporate assets
- Time tracking tasks as required
- Procurement of hardware and software
- Maintaining positive customer relations
- Help with the improvement and enhancement of processes and procedures

To be considered for this excellent role you will need to have

- Knowledge of desktop operating systems and software
- Superior customer service skills
- The ability to independently plan, organize and prioritize one's own activities

- The proven ability to express ideas clearly in both written and oral communication

- Microsoft or other certifications desired
