2nd Line Support - London (City) - Banking - 8 Month Contract - £140 - £160 Per Day

My client a leading Consultancy is looking for an experienced 2nd Line Support engineer to work on site at a leading commercial bank in the City of London for an initial 8 Month period. Daily rate is negotiable between £140 - £160.

Contract is very likely extendable.

Overview:

Advance hardware and software problem diagnosis
Advance software usage advice and configuration changes
Replacement of faulty computer components (mainly desktops / laptops / monitors)
Physical installation and / or de-installation of PC hardware - Identifies risks and develops solutions for client tasks.
Good knowledge of Diagnosis tools and processes
Knowledge of basic LAN network cable management
General infrastructure understanding (networks, servers, AD etc.)
Familiar with general usage of Microsoft Office
Key Skills:

Good knowledge of Diagnosis tools and processes
Knowledge of basic LAN network cable management technologies (e.g. SCCM)
Knowledge of Microsoft Office
