What you will do
The Accounts Processing Team Leader will manage centralised Processing Teams, providing leadership and taking responsibility for all management of order processing and invoicing activity across relevant operational area for Key Account Customers. You will manage the activities of the team to provide Key Account customers with an effective and efficient order acceptance and invoicing process to support the business units. The Team Leader is responsible for compliance and relevant financial controls arising from the order acceptance and invoicing activity. You will be integral in delivering and maintaining quality, accuracy and improving customer satisfaction through process improvements cycle for Key Account Customers to meet particular order and invoicing requirements
How you will do it
Interacting with Field Sales/Account Management and Operational teams, the Accounts Processing Team Leader will mentor and lead a team of Account Processing Administrators, implement and monitor key performance indicators and seek to develop strategies and constantly improve efficiency. You will lead the team by being an expert administrator with knowledge of accounting functions on Excel and being able to provide assistance and training to team members.

What we look for
The successful Account Processing Team Leader will display a strong mentality and adaptability. You will have previous experience as a Team Leader in a busy office environment within a customer service, order processing or financial role. A solid background in Microsoft Office products and in particular Excel will be essential, with the ability to display knowledge of VLOOKUPs and Pivot Tables. Accounting/AAT qualification will be an advantage.
