What you will do

The Field Support Administration Team Manager will manage and implement enterprise changes within a centralised admin team support a field-based workforce. This will be realised by engaging with stakeholders throughout the business and leading a team of senior administrators in processing high volume workload for the business throughout the UK and Ireland. You will be expected to lead, develop & motivate your team through regular 1 2 1 meetings, empowering them to make decisions that will benefit the business as well the individuals themselves. As Administration Team Manager of a centralised team you will need to manage the day to day operations in conjunction your peers as well as managing the KPIs set out by the business. As Administration Team Manager you will manage, coach and develop a team of administrators to ensure quality, productivity and proficiency targets are met through monitoring of KPIs and performance metrics through a centralised portal as well as working closely with them. You will ensure that National Projects are executed and managed by yourself and key players within your team on behalf of the enterprise.

How you will do it

The Administration Team Manager will complete meaningful and documented monthly 1-2-1 updates with administrators including deputy manager and senior administrators and guide the team to be the best they can be, at all time. You will be responsible for escalating any issues to senior regional managers as well as having a close working relationship with key stakeholders within the business such as Payroll Management, Finance Managers and Regional Managers within their respective hubs. You will need to provide world-class service both by phone, e-mail, and other communication channels such as face to face meetings. You will develop your administrators through the use of a succession plan as well as overall team structure and successfully manage change within the team, department and business area.

The Administration Team Manager will ideally have experience managing a team of administrators in a fast paced environment. You will have the ability to multi-task, strong leadership skills, attention to detail and high degree of accuracy. Your will have excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to work in a dynamic environment/adjust to change quickly. As you will be managing a team, strong interpersonal and communications skills are essential along with a passion for coaching advisors to achieve. It is essential to have strong computer proficiency with the ability to handle multiple PC applications at once and be a quick learner. Degree level qualification preferable but not essential.
