We are currently have an outstanding opportunity for an Executive Assistant to join our global business. Based from our Gateshead office the Executive Assistant will directly support one of the organisations senior business leaders as well as providing resource to a number of other key stakeholders within the business.

What you will do:

The Executive Assistant will be working for our business,who are a global diversified technology and multi industrial leader. In this fast paced role you will report to a Senior Leader to provide first class support in addition to supporting a number of other business functions.

This role is well positioned to suit either an experienced Executive Assistant or candidates looking to obtain experience in a global corporate organisation, by providing a grounding to develop a long-term career within the organisation through exposure to sales, operational and support functions within the organisation.

The Executive Assistant may be required to own and co-ordinate projects and initiatives aligned to the organisation's strategic objectives, as well as having excellent organisational skills allowing you to undertake full diary management which will include the coordination of regional, national and international travel arrangements. Additionally you will be responsible for processing expenditure approvals so an outstanding attention to detail is required. You will be responsible for communicating at Director Level with internal stakeholders and external partners on a daily basis. As such we are looking for an excellent communicator with the confidence to interact at this level, to influence decisions and to lead high impact conversations.

Analysing data and presenting information will form an important part of the role so you will need be computer literate with good to advanced working knowledge of the Microsoft office suite, particularly Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint.
