Assistant Manager - HRMS and C&B Operation
Job description
A leading construction company is looking for a high caliber and enthusiastic candidates aspiring for a managerial career in Human Resources. Reporting to Head of Human Resources, the selected candidate will handle our HRMS enhancement project and lead a team to support the full spectrum of C&B operation for over 2,000 employees.
Responsibilities
Perform as project leader to be accountable for the planning and implementation of the HR Management System enhancement project
Work with our C&B team to ensure continuous delivery and bring in improvement for payroll and employee services, in view of the changing market environment and business demands
Prepare HR budget, forecast and analytical reports for management review
Assist in reviewing and developing C&B policies, guidelines, procedures and other development initiatives at both Group and project levels
Requirements
Degree holder in related disciplines
Minimum 7 years' solid experience in C&B operation, with at least 3 years in supervisory role
Experience of playing a key role in HRMS implementation or major enhancement is preferable
Strong analytical, numerical and problem-solving skills, with meticulous attention to detail
A strong sense of mission and responsibility to the job
Good command of spoken and written in English and Chinese
