Associate Director - Portfolio Management (Outside IR35)

Looking for an Associate Director of Portfolio Management to lead execution of all portfolio activity across the company. You will be heavily involved in the strategic portfolio management decisions and leading a team from a workload perspective.

* Manage the opportunity backlog, ensuring it reflects the strategy and customer, market and industry trends
* Facilitate a clear understanding of the vision and roadmap for portfolio recommending sequencing to align to desired customer outcomes
* Properly sequences and manages portfolio interdependencies to ensure holistic customer problem solving
* Scales best practices for portfolio management throughout the enterprise
* Understand, communicate and report progress against prioritised outcomes, both customer & business value
* Lead and facilitate monthly and quarterly outcome review forums
* Hold Experience Teams to account for delivery of customer outcomes across the organisation
* Provides visibility into data around customer outcomes to enable pivot or persevere decisions
* Ensure stakeholders are managed effectively and updated on progress, key risks and issues and report on progress
* Track, communicate and draw insight on enablers and blockers
* Track business case progress, ensuring strategic and project milestones are delivered
* Communicates by cascading context up to leadership and strategy down to balanced teams

Natural gravitas, resilience and experience in dealing with board level stakeholders
* Experience in streamlining prioritization decisions using measurements and outcomes
* Proven experience of delivering initiatives that span multiple teams & portfolios
* Ability to monitor & deliver from a strategic & commercial perspective
* Sound understanding of Agile
* Excellent communication & influencing
* Solution orientated, resilient.
* Self motivated & team player with a collaborative approach
* Excellent planning and organizational skills
