Business Development Manager (Channel Sales)

What you will do
Retail technology business is looking to recruit Business Manager - EMEA, for unique technology and data / AI analysis solutions.

The business manager is responsible for defining and delivering go to market strategy with Channel partners, building business models and pricing structures for the new technologies / solutions. The candidate will be responsible for increasing market share and driving profitable revenue growth through various solutions within the Retail Industry.

How you will do it

*As a business manager this position will be frequently asked to participate in high level global customer and strategic partner meetings
*Will involve international travel, about 30 %, within the EMEA region.
*This function will drive strategic solution roadmaps that meet global customer needs, manage solution portfolio and support internal cross functional teams to ensure successful market launch of high impact solutions.
*Leads the development of new business opportunities within a region or a product line/portfolio
*In addition to securing business, analyzes sectors, markets, and competitors to identify new opportunities and maintains and expands relationships with new and existing customers
*To present product roadmaps and strategic perspective

What we look for

*Graduate, MBA preferred, with 5+ years of leadership experience as a product/solutions manager in a related industry or field.
*Experience in managing, working and developing channel partners across the EMEA region
*Experience in creating a strategic vision, gaining senior management alignment and successful launch of new solutions or services to market.
*Demonstrated cross functional leadership skills, collaborative problem solving and decision-making skills, and project coordination/management.
*Strong experience with interfacing with various internal (sales, development, operations, marketing, etc.) and external constituents (customers, analysts, partners, etc.

*Experience with complex technology solutions and distributed computing systems
*Demonstrated experience in strategy to develop and launch innovated technology-based solutions.
*Experience with solutions comprising various technologies including, wireless, IP networking, middleware, analytics, distributed computing systems, IoT, enterprise software development and data management.
*Experience with developing and marketing hosted (SAAS) and licensed software solutions.
*Experience with developing and marketing technology products and solutions.
