An opportunity to be the Senior Business Development Manager for our Transformation / Innovation / Digital consultancy.

·       Leading initiatives to generate and engage with business partners to build new business for the company in Digital & Transformation

·       Prospect local & international clients across multiple industries and gather consultancy requirements

·       Work together with BDM colleagues and broader team to recommend sales strategies and identify partner opportunities

·       Build the portfolio through the development of close relationships with clients

·       Follow-up with existing clients

·       Involve in the recruitment process of consultants

·       Collaborate closely with Talent and Business Development teams to advance the business

·       Provide technical expertise for all pre-sales activities




·       5+ years of experience in IT consulting/IT headhunting or any other analytical role within a rapidly growing company

·       Exceptional stakeholder, vendor and partnership management experience

·       Previous consulting experience; selling data or analytics an advantage

·       Have significant experience in a customer-facing role

·       Be entrepreneurial, independent, and love building things from scratch

·       Understand and build great relationships with technical customers

·       A driven and knowledgeable person who is not afraid to roll their sleeves up

·       Be autonomous

·       Excellent communication skills in English and Cantonese

·       French is a plus
