BDM/Client Manager- Edinburgh

My client is a market-leading Data Management, Analytics and BI consultancy, with offices across the UK, and works with some of the biggest names in the Financial Services industry. They are an agile, client focused consultancy

They are looking to expand their Sales Team to accommodate for continued growth. This role would suit a dynamic individual to join the team and excel with growth plans.

The Role:
- A mix of Account Management, growing mature relationships, and New Business, from targeted campaigns/networking contacts.
- Responsibility for owning and growing existing strong relationships with the firm's clients in the region including Global Brands in Financial Services through to digital start-ups and Specialists in various sectors such as Logistics, Legal, Construction, Education
- Supporting these clients to achieve their key strategic and regulatory goals through delivery of key data programmes
- Developing new clients proactively supported by extensive Marketing activities
- Adopting a new business growth mind set, taking an innovative approach to growing the client base
- Work closely with our talented consultants to ensure excellent service standards to clients
- Handling inbound enquiries in the region and attending events sponsored or organised by the firm to grow their presence in the industry
- Taking a strategic approach to Key Account Planning Growth
- Uncapped Commission payable on existing and new business, with significant accelerators for over achievement making double OTE achievable.

Requirements:
- Experience selling B2B, generating new business and growing existing accounts
- A consultative approach to selling services/service based solutions
- Financial services experience, ideally with contacts and a well-established network
- Data and Business Intelligence knowledge and experience
- Demonstrable experience of meeting and exceeding targets
