*Experience in execution and driving business development and sales strategies
*Experienced business development managers in the insurance and/or finance sector
*InsurTech and FinTech experience will be an advantage
*Experience building a portfolio will be an advantage
*Execute strategies for blockchain-based solutions;
*Responsible for developing and maintaining sales pipelines, new customers acquisition and maintaining current customer profile;
*Collaborate with product, engineering, marketing, and program teams to achieve a win-win outcome.
*3-10 years experience in B2B business development within the finance, insurance and/or technology solutions industries.
*Proven track record in consultative solutions based sales.
*Experience in lead generation;
*Understand technology solution business development and sales cycle;
*Good communication, interpersonal and analytical skills;
*Excellent command of English and Chinese.
