What you will do
We are an Global business, the UK and Ireland region is the largest, with customers in both retail and retail property sectors. The site Analytics solution, combining hardware, software and services is a key enabler for customers to improve business performance down to individual site level. The proposition provides a compelling opportunity, with a tangible return on investment for the customer to get real insights to gain competitive advantage.

We are the industry recognised leader in measuring customer shopping behaviour. By analysing shopper footfall along with store sales, staff and costs, we provided insight into where the opportunities lie to drive improvements. This is a widely utilised solution within Shopping Centres and Land Owners to support performance at a Global, region and local level. Currently with over 100 retailers and over 400 Shopping centres in UK & Eire there is a significant opportunity to grow revenue in this sector.

How you will do it

*Drive new business in the sectors, by selling in analytic solutions to prospects across key markets
*Pitch the proposition to C-Level within the prospects and to position a compelling solution that adds value to their business
*industry knowledge to deliver thought leadership and raise the profile of the business within the industry
*Manager a number of key clients - accounts to be defined based on knowledge
*Actively self-generate new leads and identify key prospects
*Identify and generate growth for business within existing clients
*Work with Lead Generation/Marketing teams
*Lead and manage new opportunities through a sales cycle from initial research and qualification to contract signature
*Engage with Sales support resource to identify and position optimum solution, based on customer requirements, to ensure the sales cycle moves effectively to a successful closure whilst maximising revenue potential
*Building relationships at C level
What we look for

Required
*Experience in solution selling methodologies and application
*Great relationship builder and team player that enjoys meeting new people and working with colleagues in a team environment
*Good organisation and time management skills to complete commitments to agreed deadlines
*A self-motivated person who enjoys the opportunity to make a difference
Preferred
* History of successfully selling into Retailer/Property landowners/Shopping Centres understanding of multiple sectors within the movement of people. Deal size in excess of £200K
*Knowledge of retail property industry to assist in positioning of the solution would be an advantage
*Opportunity to develop the role as the Property portfolio grows
*Previous experience of using Salesforce CRM would be an advantage
