What you will do
The Sales and Marketing Analyst will work with the marketing team to provide business intelligence and analytics; supporting the decision making of both marketing and the strategic business units, as well as providing disciplines to process, supporting with KPI measuring and reporting. This role will underpin the marketing team and drive market information into the team, represent the UK within the Global Business Intelligence team, whilst also cascading marketing outputs to the wider business.
How you will do it
Gather intelligence and analytics for the business units to support projects and campaigns as well as to drive new marketing directions - for example, competitor reviews and benchmarking reports.
Assist in content creation, campaigns and social activities, by providing market incites and information that will allow the company to continually demonstrate they are a market leader and a thought leader
To provide monthly or weekly measurement and reporting for all marketing campaigns and activities using salesforce, google analytics, social studio etc - to ensure all activities are trackable and ROI (return on investment) is visible to the businesses
To manage Wave reporting for the marketing team (project management tool) and take responsibility for project managing the team through major initiatives or campaigns - updating with metrics, market info and actuals.
Analyse salesforce database for opportunities for marketing; provided insights to support proactive planning of campaigns and strategy
Gathering and analysing market trend data to provide market insights to team and enable planning

Google Analytics and Ad Words experience essential
Experience in Meltwater, Reptrak and Salesforce would be advantageous but not essential
