Business Receptionist - temp to perm
Looking for a Receptionist with experience of working as customer facing front of house role within a corporate/business environment to join my client on an initial 6 month contract with the view to go permanent.
Responsibilities:
*Proficient in dealing with customers face to face and over the phone
*Ability to operate a modern reception switchboard
*Co-ordinate booking of meeting rooms and pool vehicles
*Make up and issue ID Cards for staff and visitors
*Ensure visitors log book is accurate and up to date
*Ensure the Meeting Suite is maintained and ran to a high standard
Experience required:
*Excellent telephone and inter personal skills
*Excellent ability to present a good company image
*Good knowledge of telephone and IT systems
*Good administration skills Excellent knowledge of site layout and location of staff
*Good knowledge of Security compliance issue of ID Cards
*Excellent Customer Service skills
