We currently have an exciting opportunity to join Johnson Controls as a Campaign Manager to take ownership for the delivery of the marketing strategy and plan for the business, driving new and incremental revenue across multiple target markets and channels in the UK.
Our ideal candidate is creative, results driven and has the ability to build projects taking new initiatives from conceptualisation through to analysis and multitask between numerous campaigns, whilst also being able to work positively with partners, multiple internal teams and marketing agencies.
We expect the successful candidate to research trends and market activity, develop and implement new B2B marketing campaign ideas to support the sales and growth targets. You will generate leads, create and activate content for campaigns, feed business units with relevant information and report on campaigns using CRM systems, uploading forecasted targets and actuals to our global marketing return on Investment online tool.
How you will do it
You will plan and implement effective sales & marketing coordinated campaigns with consistent messaging across sales & marketing 'Toolkits' that drive sales lead generation and retention, as well as brand awareness, promoting products and services to both new and existing customers. This toolkit can include both traditional and new marketing platforms such as Partnership Marketing, E-mails, Direct Mail, Sales Collateral, Videos, Animations, Case Studies & Testimonials, Industry Events (in-person and online), Webinars, Landing Pages, Content Syndication and working with colleagues on PR, Organic and Paid Social. As a Campaign Manager, you will also maintain the suite of commercial sales support material and campaign assets on the marketing library and marketing community SharePoint site.
What we look for
*B2B Marketing campaign experience with a consistent track record of campaign success
driving growth with new and existing customers.
*Validated experience in a commercial marketing role from idea generation through to
post launch analysis. Ideally working with C-Suite decision-makers.
*Strong commercial, project and Internal relationship management, communication and
presentation skills with very strong interpersonal abilities.
*We'd ideally love you to have a Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field,
though it's not crucial.
*Do you have experience working with CRM Systems? Salesforce knowledge would be
fantastic! Though don't let it put you off from applying if you're willing to learn.
