What you will do
The Channel Marketing Manager builds, executes and measures lead generation campaigns using tactics and channels including email, social, webinars, blogs, etc. to a targeted audience obtained via internal data sets available within the business. They are responsible for delivering compelling, high-performing campaigns that generate leads, pipeline and revenue. They will must illustrate strong interpersonal skills in order to gain consensus across planned programs, negotiate tight deadlines and align cross functional teams. Experience in building and executing integrated marketing programs is a must. Strong digital marketing experience is beneficial. A detailed understanding of all online/offline tactics to develop the right mix to meet program goals is crucial. Detailed knowledge of Salesforce is required to ensure all leads are tracked against campaigns and nurtured through to outcome. Additionally, this individual must manage multiple campaigns at once, while adhering to tight deadlines, and achieving campaign goals.

How you will do it
*Responsible for creating and executing marketing strategy for campaigns utilizing online, email, direct mail, social media and other channels to generate leads for our relationship channel with particular focus on growing service revenue
*Identify and manage segmentation for campaigns to ensure messaging is relevant to intended audience
*Work with sales management to understand goals, Sales Led Activity strategies and priorities to ensure campaigns map to business objectives and goals
*Design and manage virtual and live events to meet lead generation and pipeline attainment goals with specific call to actions leading to sales follow up
*Be comfortable with intentional experimentation: Test, measure, learn, repeat
*Work with other marketing, digital and content teams, both inside and outside the company to craft an integrated lead generation marketing plan

What we look for
*Professional marketing experience with an extensive track record of managing lead generating Marketing campaigns end to end.
*Experience in building and executing integrated marketing programs is essential.
*Candidate must be equally comfortable with multitasking a number of campaigns at any given time and ownership of projects from concept to execution to reporting on results on various programs
*Experience working closely with a sales organization with a strong affinity for sales team success
*Extensive Commercial Marketing Campaign experience with a proven track record of Campaign success driving growth with new and existing customers and demonstrating ROI.
*Solid Commercial Marketing experience, from idea generation through to post launch analysis
*Very good Commercial, Project and Stakeholder Management and Presentation skills with very strong interpersonal abilities
*To be creative, results driven
*Strong written and oral communication skills
*Expert-level proficiency with Excel, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint
*Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
*Experience in software, particularly Salesforce CRM
*B2B experience in a complex matrix organisation
*Service industry experience
