Commercial Billing Advisor (Initial 6 month fixed term contract)

What you will do
Our Customer Healthcheck Advisors ensure all administrative duties and intercompany billing is completed accurately for our Security business customers. The successful candidate will work closely with our accounts and credit control functions and will gain a solid understanding of administration and foundation for financial functions. How you will do it
With particular attention to Excel, the customer healthcheck advisor will be responsible for the updating and maintaining of the customer database to ensure all billing is accurate. You will highlight any problem customers and work with them along with the sales teams
to understand what was agreed and apply onto the systems. You will also support from a dispute and complaints perspective and be able to action name changes/bill through date changes and contract amendments.

What we look for
To be successful, you will need experience of using Microsoft Office with particular attention to Excel. You will be thorough and have strong organisational skills. This role will suit experienced administrators or graduates looking for a career in administration or foundation for finance. Any experience in an administration of finance function will be an advantage but is not essential as training can be provided for the right candidate.
