Community Manager

Working for a leading professional services organisation you will take ownership and lead the front of house experience. You will support the facilities management team in providing a great workspace experience.

Responsibilities include:
*Lead and manage the customer experience services within Reception & Facility Coordination
*Provide great workspace experience
*Ensure fantastic service delivery and customer experience is delivered at all time
*Ensure your team is fully informed about operational updates, processes and objectives
*Provide written reports and data when necessary
*Monitor customer feedback and produce appropriate action plans

Experience required:
*Previous experience working in a customer facing role, ideally in a multinational organisation
*Excellent customer service skills and passionate about providing people with great experiences
