Compliance Manager - Customer Experience

Working with a world leading company as a Compliance Manager to provide compliance and regulatory advice to support the Customer Experience Strategy. This will be an initial 3 month contract with the view to extend.

Responsibilities include:

* Expert advice and input on the customer experience proposition and approach to ensure compliance considerations are integrated end-to-end
* Ensure proposed customer journeys, products and experiences are compliant and do not pose a risk of customer harm
* Work on the entire suite of products and journeys
* Work alongside Compliance Advisory Specialists and Group Compliance colleagues

Experience required:

* Experience in customer/digital transformations
* Experience providing compliance advise on customer journeys
* Strong experience of governance processes and controls
* Experience of regulatory frameworks including in depth knowledge of FCA requirements
