Job description

**** Must have own car/motorbike as location is not served by public transport ****

My client is, due to a large workload, in need of a strong IT Support Analyst who will be responsible for

3rd line incident and problem resolution in a technical environment to
defined service levels
Implementation and management of networking technologies
Implementing operational security processes and supporting toolsets and ensuring
system compliance with security policy
Prioritising operational service delivery and project commitments in the face of
competing demands
Procuring IT equipment and managing hardware and software support providers to
defined service level agreements
Designing, commissioning and taking into support new systems and technologies

To be considered you simply need to have a good, solid background in IT Support and have your own transport (as working on different sites may be required)

Areas I am particularly looking out for include strong exposure to

- Cloud technologies
- Networking
- Cisco
- O365
- Azure
- VMWare
- Diagnostics and problem solving
