Job description

My client requires the services of an excellent Customer Experience Lead who can demonstrate excellent experience in the following areas

- the ability to work with UX and Design stakeholders
- good project management skills
- the ability to work with Analytics and behavioural analysis tools
- strong eCommerce experience
- experience of retention programmes

The role will include, but not be restricted to

- Data analysis
- Establishing customer feedback
- Working with best practices
- Developing business requirements
- Working with creative agencies and internal UX/UI resources and creating business solutions that meet business requirements
- Provision of eCommerce expertise
- Building and rolling out new customer experience initiatives
- Delivering new programs
- Supporting initiatives
