Customer Service Analyst for Digital Software Company

I am currently working with a digital software organisation who are looking for customer focused service desk analyst to join their team managing client queries. This is a permanent role based in Newcastle.

As the Customer Service Desk Analyst you will support the function that records, assigns, monitors and closes all reported client incidents and requests for services.

*Respond to all clients in a professional manner and be able to empathise with them
*Follow incident management processes for logging, tracking, and resolution of incidents
*Understand maximum details from clients regarding faults and be able to pass this on to technical teams to diagnose and fix
*Carry out general system administration duties such as set up of new clients, management of existing clients within the service desk system, set up of new accounts, password reset etc.
*Provide reporting

Experience required:
*Experience working as a service desk analyst or within a similar customer facing role
*Ability to empathise with clients and customers and be able to translate technical issues, challenges etc. to non-technical audiences and vice-versa.
*Able to establish long term relationships
*Self-motivated and organised
*Experience with service desk tools including addition of new clients, defining reports etc.
