Job description

What you will do:

As the Customer Service Advisor who will deliver excellent customer service as an integral part of a small, fast paced team as an integral part of an EMEA Customer Service team, based in Letchworth Garden City, Hertfordshire. This role works with Security Products areas including access control, video and intrusion and is responsible for an optimal process from order entry to invoicing and for supporting the business revenue targets. The role within our matrix organisation forms a vital link for our customers and colleagues in internal departments

How will you do it:
*Handle the complete sales order administration process from receipt of the order through to invoice, maintaining a high level of customer service.
*Proactively monitoring and allocating available inventory to maximise on-time delivery and meet customer expectations.
*Delivering ever-increasing customer satisfaction by working with colleagues across our wider organisation to ensure delivery commitments are met.
*Ensuring all customer queries are dealt with promptly, efficiently and professionally.
*Logging customer complaints and performing follow up.
*Completing all necessary reporting tasks both accurately and on time.

What we look for:
*Strong communications skills, ability to provide information in a clear and concise manner.
*Detail-orientated with an ability to work under pressure and multi-task.
*Highly motivated individual who can work independently, but is also a team player.
*Eagerness to provide an excellent customer experience at all times.
*Fluent English language skills in writing and verbally. Other Languages, relevant to the EMEA region, would be advantageous.

*Degree qualification preferred but not essential if supported by sufficient relevant experience.
*Prior experience with JDE/AS400 systems is an advantage.
*Fully competent in the use of complete MS office package.
*Problem solving, developing and managing customer relationships, flexibility, stress resistance, conscientious, customer focus, and accountability are key competencies.
