The core role of the coordinator will be to deliver an excellent customer experience and services for National FM companies across Land Based Security, TFIS and HVAC.
How you will do it
*To deliver an extremely professional, efficient and accurate customer service to our Facilities Management Companies.
*Support account managers to develop strong relationships with FM customers.
*Call receipt and dispatch of engineers to break fixes.
What we look for
*Experience of having worked in a results driven customer service environment.
*Fluency in English language (both verbal and written).
*Self-motivated, enthusiastic and inspirational, able to bring a sense of urgency to situations and demonstrate an active approach.
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
*Experience of billing / invoicing (extremely desirable).
*Ability to build strong relationships and influence others.
*Experience of security industry (desirable but not essential).
