Customer Service Supervisor

What you will do
As Customer Service Supervisor you will be responsible for managing the Customer Service Team to ensure our customers receive the highest possible standard of service at all times.
The team will be handling incoming calls and emails relating to enquiries and orders which should be processed and responded to quickly and professionally.
You will supervise and mentor the Customer Service Team and manage any escalations.

How you will do it
You will ensure that orders are entered quickly and efficiently in SAP without errors, ensure accurate records of discussions and correspondence with customers are maintained in Salesforce.com, Customer complaints and queries are investigated and solved using defined processes, and timely and professional customer communication is provided throughout the order cycle.
Ensure communication and coordination is maintained with sales, supply planners and operations to ensure all customer needs are met.

*Experience supervising a Customer Service Team and working in a telephone and email based customer service role.
*Experience mentoring and developing a team to provide excellent customer service.
*Experience dealing with and resolving difficult issues.
*Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
*Ability to work with people at all different levels within the business
*Computer literate with working knowledge of the Microsoft Office Programs - particularly Outlook, Word and Excel.
*Experience working with a recognized ERP system, preferably SAP.
*Experience using Salesforce.com preferred.
*A team player able to work with colleagues to ensure goals are met
*Enthusiastic and positive attitude looking to develop their career in Customer Service
