This role will be highly flexible but the ideal candidate will need to be onsite for a minimum of 2 days per week in either London or Peterborough.
A leading insurance provider in the UK are looking for a Technical Data Delivery Manager to work alongside the current Product Manager to manage the delivery of experiences and common services.
The focal purpose of the role is to understand the business and the requirements of the products to bring back into the team and putting into the roadmap. The successful applicant will also assess any potential escalations or risks to ensure it is accurately managed.
Facilitate collaborative work and dependency management between multiple teams in the business.
Actively assess and maintain most complicated risks, issues and threats where ownership may exist or not.
Coordinate collaboration between teams by making trade off decisions and de-risk delivery.
Effectively communicate and maintain stakeholders at all levels.
Provide clear guidance in agile practices for teams and coaches other teams.
Consistently facilitate planning improvement, prioritisation development and delivery practices advancement.
Key Skills & Experience Required:
Main skill that is essential here is impeccable communication skills. This role is massively stakeholder integrated and dependent on concise communication to all teams.
Strong understanding and experience of delivery planning and collaboration with numerous teams at once.
Managerial experience is not a must but previous lead positions would be advantageous.
Clear understanding of agile methodologies and how these can be developed consistently.
Strong awareness of experience development and all activities involved.
This role will interview fully remotely and is looking for a starter asap. Notice period is not an issue.
