*This is a new executive level position within greater china leadership team in leading the strategic growth of the organization for Advanced Technologies Solutions and Services in Hong Kong & Greater Bay Area.
*He/She needs to re-build the Advanced Technologies team in HK and work closely with the Country Head, Service Delivery Lead, Client Service Leads, Advanced Solutions team in HQ, Sales Lead, Greater Bay Area to develop and implement the technology roadmap at key clients in HK.
*He/She needs to identify and shape client propositions, develop and execute client engagement plans to drive the opportunities from origination to sales closure.
*He/She is responsible for service delivery management or high-valued application development, SI and maintenance and operation of the projects under the Advanced solutions centre, supported by project managers and directors.
Key Responsibilities and Result
*Manage and monitor the budget and control costs to ensure maximum achievement of revenue and margin.
*Establish network with partners and ecosystems for innovation and cooperation.
*Drive the co-creation of innovation solutions with internal and external partners.
*Provide thought leadership and PoV of digital transformation for HK and Greater Bay Area.
*Collaborate with the HQ, SZ Innovation Centre and other region business teams and gain synergy
*Shape and drive the key initiatives regarding digital transformation for clients.
*In charge of financial metrics and related KPI for the Advanced Technologies team in Hong Kong and aggressive YOY revenue growth.
*Strategize and build competences to support projects and opportunities.
*Need to identify addressable market opportunities and provide guidance in setting business targets and working towards company goals.
*Attract and retain highly skilled and quality staff in the current job market.
*Board knowledge and experiences in variety of industries and job types
*Identify and track market trends, emerging technologies and technology disruption so as to implement strategies and action plans for new opportunities, competition and threats in the IT industry.

*Degree in Information Systems or Computer Science or equivalent.
*Minimum 20 years relevant work experience with expertise and proven experience in Software Design & Development.
*Strong technical experience in System and/or Applications Architecture Design for large-scale projects.
*Strong technical experience in Reference Architecture Definition.
*Ability to conceptualize and create the most efficient and appropriate solution for a software development project; taking into consideration the integration of various components, identification and mitigation of known technical risks, application of architectural principles, technology standards and industry best practices.
*Proven track record and proficient in both Application and Infrastructure Design for large scale projects.
*Strong leadership skills with proven track record of leading large teams.
