What you will do

As a Dispute Resolution Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring timely responses to a variation of customer issues including billing and operational issues to meet a high standard.
The successful candidate will work closely with all areas of the business in order to gain a full understanding of the Fire & Security cycle.
You will manage a work flow of all customer disputes and overdue debt, particularly those that fall under the closed loop piece, with emphasis at looking at root causes and trend mapping to identify and fix problems before they occur. You will take ownership and ensure SLA's are met.

How you will do it

The Dispute Resolution Coordinator will be responsible for updating and maintaining the customer data base to ensure all issues are accurate. You will highlight any trending problems with customers and work alongside the business to gain an understanding of how we can fix these from the front end to prevent further issues. You will communicate with the customer in line with company practice and co-ordinate and follow up with the other departments to ensure we have the information required for the resolution in a timely manner.

What we look for

To be a successful as a Dispute Resolution Coordinator you will need experience in Customer Service & Investigatory background with experience in handling customer disputes. It will be an advantage to have knowledge and understanding of the Fire & Security industry/customer billing background along with experience in calling and writing letters to customers, excellent communication skills and the ability to work towards targets and deadlines.
