eCommerce Customer Experience Lead urgently required for a global retail manufacturing organisation. This is a 6 month contract - based remotely and then London.
As the eCommerce Customer Experience Lead you will be required to deliver eCommerce customer experience projects.
Someone with eCommerce experience from the business side of a company, not from a IT or design angle. Working on delivering gaining new consumers from an eCommerce perspective. An eCommerce Customer Experience Lead who can challenge stakeholders, be it marketing, IT or digital agencies.
In addition, someone with the following skills / experience:
At least 5 years in eCommerce/digital ideally in building new CX
Great understanding of acquisition & retention programs/mechanism
Experience of driving UX & Design stakeholders
Experience of working with development teams
Solid Project Management skills
Familiar with Analytics & behavioural analysis tools
