Employee Relations Manager

Working for a world leading company as an ER Manager you will provide expert Employee Relations advice and guidance to your team, colleagues and senior level stakeholders.

Responsibilities include:
*Own the leadership, management and development of the ER team within a shared services environment
*Help transform ways of working
*Work collaboratively with outsourced providers
*Review and assess transformational needs and manage relationships accordingly
*SME within the ER team
*Take lead on reviewing, developing and evolving the case management system

Experience Required:
*Significant experience leading on change management
*Experience managing a team in a shared services environment
*In depth Employee relations, case work and general HR knowledge
*Strong understanding of Employment Law including experience of early conciliation and employment tribunals
*Experience working with outsourced providers
*Any experience with case management systems is advantageous
