Working for a global financial services company.
Responsibilities include:
*Delivery of the day to day maintenance and operation of the plant
*Daily management of Maintenance Engineers
*Manage all planned maintenance tasks with contractors
*Ensure the CAFM System is used accurately
*Review of any risk assessments
*Manage and implement health and safety policies
*Monthly review of waterlog book record
*Supervision of all water treatment and testing procedures
*Provide engineers with on call rota's
*Maintain compliance books
Experience required:
*Management experience
*Electrical bias
*High Voltage Authorised
*NEBOSH/IOSH or any other recognised H&S training
*L8 Water Hygiene experience
