Job description

We currently have an outstanding opportunity for an Executive Assistant to join our global business. Based from our Manchester office the Executive Assistant will directly support two of the organisations senior business leaders as well as providing resource to a number of other key stakeholders within the business.

What you will do:
The Executive Assistant will be working for Johnson Controls, a global diversified technology and multi industrial leader. In this fast paced role you will be a shared resource to 2 Senior Directors to provide first class PA support, diary management and travel arrangements in addition to supporting a number of other business functions.
The Executive Assistant will have excellent organisational skills allowing you to undertake full diary management which will include the coordination of regional, national and occasional international travel arrangements. Additionally you will be responsible for processing expenses so an outstanding attention to detail is a must. You will be responsible for communicating at Director Level with internal stakeholders and external partners on a daily basis. As such we are looking for an excellent communicator with the confidence to interact at this level, to influence decisions and to lead and impact conversations.
Taking meeting notes and presenting information will form an important part of the role so you will need be computer literate with good to advanced working knowledge of the Microsoft office suite, particularly Outlook, Excel and Power Point.

Computer literate and proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Power Point.
