Facilities Operations Manager- Reading/London- Up to £50k
I am currently working with a global real estate services company who are looking for an experienced Facilities Operations Manager to work onsite for one of their largest end clients in either Reading or London for a permanent opportunity.

Role Summary:
As a Maintenance Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing UK lease administration, real estate transaction management, facilities operations, design & construction, building management, moves planning and any other real estate activities required to offer a great customer experience that inspires and energies their employees, partners, and visitors.

Some of your daily activities will include:
*Ensuring that the real estate portfolio is maintained within compliance with local regulations
*Supporting the Regional Manager to enable real estate transactions and ensure long term planning is implemented to acquire / dispose assets
*Supporting financial metrics for the region and proactively identify / deliver opportunities
*Developing robust business cases to support proposed recommendations
*Ensuring that the services delivered are customer-centric and aim to enhance the workplace customer experience across the entire UK region.
*Supporting the global / regional teams in project implementations
*Managing project delivery (workplace improvements, capital replacement, repairs, technology deployment, etc.)
*Driving Change Management of workplace activities
*Assisting the Regional Manager in long-term plan budget requirements (capital and expense) and short-term adjustments based on business imperatives
*Partnering with key departments to deliver the promise of a reliable and integrated workplace
*Ensuring portfolio metrics are represented via visual dashboard
*Inspiring the team to deliver a "best-in-class" customer experience
