Salary: £18,900 to £23,600
Monday to Friday 8:30 to 5:00

What you will do
Working in a fast paced, highly organised central admin group our Field Administration Support Team is fundamental in enabling our fire and security service and installation engineers to carry out their duties. The team deal with around 10,000 requests from the field a month and are tasked with responding to these requests efficiently and accurately.

How you will do it
This is a high-volume administration function with electronic requests being logged centrally. Utilising Microsoft Office, in particular Excel and Word, as well as bespoke computer systems you will deal with processing timesheets, plant orders, uniform orders and certificates of compliance.

What we look for
Our Field Administration Support Team consists of experienced administrators with excellent Excel skills. You will have a professional attitude and pride yourself on a very high degree of accuracy in all tasks carried out. Although there are no specific qualifications required for this role the successful candidate will be expected to have a good standard of education with excellent English, Maths and IT skills.
