Field Sales Representative

What you will do:

An exciting opportunity has become available for a Field Sales Representative within Sensormatic, part of Johnson Controls. The Field Sales Representative will focus on RFID tagging on a national scale to major retailers developing and winning major accounts to grow revenue.
Reporting into the Account Director you will create and manage strategic opportunity plans, where clear strategies are defined to create the best opportunity for JCI to secure targeted opportunities. It is therefore critical the candidate can define win themes and strongly present their value to diverse audiences, where value may hold different context.

How you will do it:

You will develop and sustaining the relationship of nominated and targeted accounts within RFID on a national basis.
Achieve targeted sales performance in the areas set by the Account Directors.
Be proactive in learning technology innovation that could enhance relationships and develop further revenue.
Maintain accurate customer records through the use of ALPS, correct diary management and monthly reports.
Maintain effective relationships to ensure the best level of communication, service and response for the customer at all times.
To work closely with the Account Representative team to ensure the co-ordination of projects, customer delivery and customer satisfaction are achieved.
Maintain knowledge of products and services and industry developments.

What we look for:
*A strong understanding of B2B sales within the retail industry.
*Excellency in verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate technical information to a non-technical audience.
*Strong communicator with a proven track record of developing sales within a commercial environment.
*Although not essential it is preferred you will have a Technical Degree or equivalent Vocational Qualification.
