Full Stack Web Developer- Crowborough
I am currently working with a global specialist within Gas Analysis and Gas Systems who are looking for an experienced Full stack Web Developer to come and join their team in Crowborough for a permanent opportunity.

Key responsibilities and accountabilities:
Develop, test, deliver and maintain a secure, responsive, web interface for embedded platforms running the QNX operating system.
Build a server-side RDBMS into the web interface.
Participate in full life-cycle from initial requirements gathering to support functions.
Influence web interface architecture and design within the companies products.
Identify, assess and recommend appropriate web technologies and languages within the companies products.
Remain up to date with changes in technologies, frameworks, languages and security considerations.
Test user interface against requirements, for browser compatibility, security, performance, etc.
Document designs and code as necessary in support of product safety and security certifications.
Work to existing standards and practices whilst driving continuous development of those.

Essential skills and experience:
Full stack web developer with at least three years' experience
Web interface development for embedded systems
Full development life cycle experience
Use of source control (e.g. use of Git, SVN) and change management
C, C++, JavaScript, Lua, HTML 5, CSS 3
Web application frameworks such as Angular 2, Bootstrap, VueJS, jQuery
RDBMS database integration, design and use

Desirable skills and experience:
ThreadX RTOS
Relational database technology / SQL
Barracuda Application / Web Server
Secure development practices / standards
Software unit, integration and system testing
Confident working with minimal supervision.
Good, proactive communication skills.
Flexible, tolerant, multi-tasking attitude when working under pressure.
Tenacious problem solver.

Essential qualifications:
Degree in an applicable, related subject or 3+ years of relevant experience in industry
