As part of your global remit, they're will be a strong focus on operations recruitment, finding and recruiting leadership, and volume hires. This global expansion requires huge teams to be built from scratch, so it is essential that you have designed and held assessment days for volume hires.

This is a challenging and exciting role where you will be able to establish long lasting relationships and deliver against hiring targets and build brand recognition across the globe.

You are a brand ambassador and will represent the brand through the who process and building on the EVP.

This role is ideal for someone looking to take on further responsibly of a team of 7/10, design their own hiring strategies, build on their global exposure and build on their knowledge working with an awesome Global Head of Talent!


Once here you will
Assist in providing strategic direction and tactical execution of the recruiting strategy to support and drive business objectives to create a strong, diverse pipelines.

Create processes between the recruitment team and the business across verticals, including hiring events, standardised candidate evaluation methods as well as mid-year and end-of-year reviews, including feedback sessions.


The Highly Desirable
Proven experience and knowledge of end to end delivery of assessment centres or RPO management
Strategic ability to create change, challenge status quo & inspire and lead others.

Good understanding of key trends and markets, research & generations.

Experience in delivering projects initiatives global as well as locally.

Ability to manage high volume & operational delivery.

Strong motivation to help build structures and processes.

High level of self-reliance with the ability to work in a team, as well as autonomously.

Target-oriented, driven work style with analytic problem solving skills required
