Head of Product Management

Responsibilities:

Leading the Product funtion including Product Managers, Digital Marketing, UX/UI Designers
Directly managing around 4-6 individuals with further indirect reports
Take ownership of the digital application healthcare product portfolio
Work alongside other Leadership teams to build strategies and roadmap
Working alongside various teams such as engineering, design and marketing ensuring vision, strategies and direction are aligned
Ensure both the company and product strategies are all aligned with the group portfolio strategy
Partner with Product Marketing to design and support the execution of product Go-to-Market strategy

Experience Required:

8+ years of experience in Product Management
Previous experience working with and developing digital products
Able to manage, mentor and coach other Product Managers
Work with leadership to create strategies
Ability to remain hands on with product management
