Working for a leading insurance company on an initial 3 month contract, the Head of UX Design will be responsible for championing the user experience at every interface & customer touchpoint. You will conceptualise design and create first-class experiences across site and mobile apps.
*Lead the creation and implementation of the user experience element of company strategy
*Establish, embed and improvement of processes, methodologies, tools, and research
*Provide strategic direction for user experience across the group, establishing strong cross-functional relationships and challenging existing ways of working
*Develop and maintain a UX roadmap
*Analyse data and research results into actionable recommendations that inform strategies
*Communicate and influence effectively at all levels of the company and across all channels to ensure delivery of improved user experiences.
*Create intuitive UX solutions to customer problems; build new interfaces for the web and mobile, from the wireframe all the way to the final design; perform usability tests to gather direct feedback
*High level of expertise in interaction and user interface design, analysing and interpreting customer problems
*A track record of leading high-performing UX teams spanning multiple products, projects, and priorities.
*Experience in delivering digital products, from concept to execution
*Experience working effectively within an agile delivery environment
