Job description

My client is in expansion mode and is currently looking to add to its Help Desk team

To be considered for this excellent role you will need to be able to show experience in the following areas

- good all round technical knowledge
- desktop and server knowledge
- customer awareness
- excellent communication skills
- trouble shooting and problem solving ability

The role will include (but not be restricted to)

- dealing with incoming requests
- ownership of problems and providing first time fixes where applicable
- logging of incidents and faults
- working to service level agreements
- problem identification and resolution
- escalation of issues
- sharing knowledge with colleagues
- job scheduling
- project based work where applicable

This is a busy, exacting and demanding role that will suit someone who is looking to build on their existing skillset
